Seats follow active membership
Invited developers remain pending if activation would exceed your current plan. The project owner approves the new subscription in PayPal before those members become active.
When membership qualifies for a lower tier, we initiate the change and send the owner an approval link. Paid plan revisions require PayPal approval; the existing plan continues until approval is complete.
Cancellation and failed renewal
Cancellation preserves service through the paid-through date. A failed renewal has seven days of normal use, followed by 30 days of read-only access for repair and export. Coordination data is then deleted; limited billing records and unexpired backups follow the retention described in our privacy notice.
